本(ben)網(wang)濟(ji)寧訊 “同志們,上次調研時,咱們提出的各類問題,礦上專門開會進行研究,今天我來反饋解決措施,逐條回復。”近日,新驛煤礦掘進一工區黨支部書記于洪升來到綜采一工區黨支部反饋“交叉調研”問題解決落實情況。
黨(dang)史學(xue)習教育啟動以來,該礦黨(dang)委(wei)堅持問題導向(xiang),擺(bai)進去、找(zhao)差距(ju),下(xia)功夫解決員工(gong)(gong)“急難(nan)愁盼”,他們采取黨(dang)支部(bu)書記(ji)“交(jiao)叉調研”創(chuang)新形式(shi),各黨(dang)支部(bu)書記(ji)通過“串門拉(la)呱”了解員工(gong)(gong)的(de)急事、難(nan)事、揪心(xin)事,受到員工(gong)(gong)的(de)一致好評(ping)。
“昨天(tian)我剛(gang)剛(gang)提出(chu)紗窗老舊(jiu)問題,沒想到今天(tian)就解決了,辦(ban)事(shi)效率杠杠滴(di)。”機電工(gong)區員工(gong)菅光同連連稱贊。
在開(kai)展(zhan)“我為員(yuan)(yuan)工辦(ban)(ban)實事(shi)”實踐活動(dong)中,他們堅持(chi)先深入(ru)調查(cha)研(yan)究(jiu),后制定計劃清(qing)單(dan),因(yin)(yin)(yin)時(shi)、因(yin)(yin)(yin)地(di)、因(yin)(yin)(yin)人、因(yin)(yin)(yin)事(shi)確(que)定辦(ban)(ban)實事(shi)的具體項目,確(que)保“為員(yuan)(yuan)工辦(ban)(ban)事(shi)清(qing)單(dan)”直指(zhi)員(yuan)(yuan)工難(nan)點(dian)、堵(du)點(dian),主動(dong)回(hui)應員(yuan)(yuan)工需求,真正在“實”字上下功夫、見成效(xiao)。
該礦還進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)拓寬員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求渠道,開辟(pi)“溫馨家園”微信群、“新礦心聲”“女工(gong)(gong)(gong)心聲”等線上(shang)平(ping)臺,構建“線上(shang)+線下”聯合辦公矩陣,及時收集、處置員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求,做到(dao)矛盾就地(di)化解、問題不上(shang)交,架起企業(ye)與(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的“連心橋”,讓(rang)大家有憂能(neng)訴、有苦能(neng)說、有問題能(neng)解決、有夢(meng)想能(neng)成真。5月份以來共處理員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)訴求21條。(攝影:劉娟)
