針對架(jia)空乘人裝(zhuang)置彎道(dao)運(yun)(yun)轉時經常(chang)出(chu)現(xian)掉繩(sheng)(sheng)現(xian)象(xiang)(xiang),該礦(kuang)技術人員結合機電(dian)運(yun)(yun)輸設備“精致線條”管理(li)法,經過現(xian)場分(fen)析和反復(fu)實驗,利用(yong)鋼(gang)板加(jia)工專用(yong)托繩(sheng)(sheng)輪,使托繩(sheng)(sheng)輪內槽深度大于繩(sheng)(sheng)徑,將(jiang)保護裝(zhuang)置按要求固定在(zai)彎道(dao)橫(heng)梁處,使鋼(gang)絲繩(sheng)(sheng)在(zai)原導向輪與(yu)新增設的輪中間運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing),有(you)效解決鋼(gang)絲繩(sheng)(sheng)頻繁掉繩(sheng)(sheng)現(xian)象(xiang)(xiang),消除現(xian)場安(an)全隱(yin)患(huan),確保設備安(an)全高效運(yun)(yun)行(xing)(xing)。(張行(xing)(xing) 孫林)
