該礦(kuang)高度重視信(xin)訪穩(wen)定工(gong)作,在(zai)現有的信(xin)訪座談會、書(shu)(shu)記(ji)信(xin)箱、書(shu)(shu)記(ji)熱線、礦(kuang)長接待(dai)日等訴求(qiu)通道的基礎上,建(jian)立(li)“彭煤心(xin)聲”員工(gong)“發聲”平臺,讓(rang)員工(gong)即時反映(ying)、吐槽(cao)身邊的問(wen)題,各專業管理人(ren)員按(an)照“立(li)即回(hui)復(fu)”原(yuan)(yuan)則給予(yu)答復(fu);公開“書(shu)(shu)記(ji)”訴求(qiu)通道,主動為(wei)員工(gong)提供(gong)“上訪”渠道,專職人(ren)員按(an)照“一小時回(hui)復(fu)”原(yuan)(yuan)則第一時間給予(yu)答復(fu)。

在關心慰問上加力,開展“四季關懷”溫暖體系
該礦始終把職工(gong)(gong)群(qun)眾的冷(leng)暖(nuan)(nuan)放在(zai)心(xin)(xin)上(shang),常態(tai)化組(zu)織(zhi)“春送祝福、夏(xia)送清涼(liang)、秋送團圓、冬送溫(wen)暖(nuan)(nuan)”四季(ji)慰問活動(dong),以心(xin)(xin)貼心(xin)(xin)的關(guan)懷為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)提振士氣、鼓(gu)舞干勁。入(ru)夏(xia)以來,發放“特殊工(gong)(gong)裝(zhuang)”和(he)(he)“防暑降溫(wen)愛(ai)心(xin)(xin)包”為(wei)奮戰(zhan)在(zai)一線的員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)送去絲(si)絲(si)清涼(liang)。常態(tai)化組(zu)織(zhi)女工(gong)(gong)協管員(yuan)和(he)(he)志愿者在(zai)井(jing)口開展(zhan)“夏(xia)送清涼(liang)”活動(dong),每天分上(shang)下午兩(liang)班為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)送西瓜、甜(tian)瓜,共購買西瓜1.6萬斤,甜(tian)瓜1萬斤,讓員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)感(gan)受到礦井(jing)“大(da)家庭”的清涼(liang)關(guan)愛(ai)和(he)(he)深切關(guan)懷。
在關愛關懷上給力,落實“七項福利”關愛體系
該礦工會對57名困難(nan)(nan)員(yuan)工建檔(dang),定期(qi)開展幫扶(fu)(fu)活動(dong)(dong)。動(dong)(dong)態(tai)梳理、摸(mo)排長期(qi)貧(pin)困員(yuan)工,實(shi)時(shi)掌握困難(nan)(nan)程度(du),按時(shi)給予(yu)困難(nan)(nan)救(jiu)助(zhu)。實(shi)行“愛心超市”積分制(zhi)度(du),鼓勵困難(nan)(nan)員(yuan)工用勞動(dong)(dong)換積分、用積分兌換生活物品(pin),促進扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)與扶(fu)(fu)志、扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)與扶(fu)(fu)德相結合。
同時,緊貼民生、順(shun)應民意,上限(xian)落實工會(hui)“七(qi)項(xiang)慰(wei)問”,共開展(zhan)(zhan)生育、婚姻、住院(yuan)、離退(tui)休、喪(sang)葬等慰(wei)問26人次,發(fa)(fa)放慰(wei)問品(pin)、慰(wei)問金2.7萬(wan)余元,為(wei)(wei)全體員(yuan)(yuan)工發(fa)(fa)放生日(ri)慰(wei)問、節假日(ri)慰(wei)問26萬(wan)余元。開展(zhan)(zhan)“金秋助學”活動(dong),為(wei)(wei)38名考(kao)入大學的員(yuan)(yuan)工子(zi)女發(fa)(fa)放拉桿(gan)箱、運動(dong)水壺等物品(pin)。確保(bao)員(yuan)(yuan)工充分享受(shou)礦井發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)紅利(li),不斷提升(sheng)員(yuan)(yuan)工的獲(huo)得感、歸(gui)屬感和幸福指數。(王(wang)迎春)
