
山能訊 近日,地處延安的臨礦(kuang)集團永明礦(kuang)通過現場環(huan)環(huan)寫實,找準(zhun)制約(yue)(yue)高(gao)效采(cai)煤的難點和癥結,打破原有思維(wei)定式,在5煤工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)(mian)率先實現單班單面(mian)(mian)生(sheng)產(chan),人均(jun)工(gong)效42.06噸/工(gong),同比提高(gao)41%,人員減少19人左右,創(chuang)效過千(qian)萬元,實現了集約(yue)(yue)化安全(quan)高(gao)效生(sheng)產(chan)。
他們大力推行“三(san)減(jian)三(san)提(ti)”和設(she)備(bei)升(sheng)級,自主(zhu)創新改(gai)造單軌(gui)吊式(shi)電纜滑車、皮(pi)帶自移機尾、邁(mai)步自移式(shi)超(chao)前支架、支架增設(she)抬底缸,升(sheng)級安(an)裝了(le)純(chun)凈(jing)水處理與(yu)恒壓(ya)供水系(xi)統(tong),完成(cheng)了(le)采煤機更換搖臂、液壓(ya)支架更換液壓(ya)元件等(deng)一系(xi)列設(she)備(bei)升(sheng)級改(gai)造項目。皮(pi)帶負荷率由(you)54.56%提(ti)高66.54%,設(she)備(bei)開機率由(you)70.1提(ti)高80%。
采掘(jue)(jue)先行,設(she)(she)計(ji)為(wei)(wei)本。他(ta)們(men)對采掘(jue)(jue)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)設(she)(she)計(ji)進(jin)(jin)行優(you)化,積極探索沿(yan)空留巷新模式,采用(yong)(yong)產氣具非爆破預(yu)裂切頂沿(yan)空留巷技術(shu),由年初4個(ge)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)頭降(jiang)為(wei)(wei)2個(ge)掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)頭,每(mei)個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)可(ke)減(jian)(jian)少掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)進(jin)(jin)尺約900米,減(jian)(jian)少施(shi)工(gong)時(shi)(shi)間2.2個(ge)月,增加單個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)儲量4.83萬(wan)噸,多(duo)回收(shou)煤(mei)炭0.31萬(wan)噸。同時(shi)(shi),延長工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)服務時(shi)(shi)間2.1月,每(mei)年減(jian)(jian)少工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)搬家1次,萬(wan)噸掘(jue)(jue)進(jin)(jin)率(lv)由164.4m/wt降(jiang)低為(wei)(wei)82.9m/wt。按照當(dang)前煤(mei)炭價格計(ji)算,預(yu)計(ji)單個(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)可(ke)增加直(zhi)接收(shou)益406.3萬(wan)元。通(tong)過(guo)采掘(jue)(jue)設(she)(she)計(ji)調優(you)與(yu)沿(yan)空留巷新技術(shu)應用(yong)(yong)等一系列舉措,保障了礦井安(an)全穩定發展。
針(zhen)對(dui)(dui)綜采工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)區職(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)混(hun)合編制且對(dui)(dui)綜采工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝生(sheng)疏的(de)實際,該(gai)礦重(zhong)新(xin)(xin)進行(xing)組(zu)合優化(hua),充分利用(yong)“師帶徒(tu)”“點帶面(mian)”“技術(shu)比武”“生(sheng)產(chan)會戰”等正面(mian)激勵手段,將(jiang)區長(chang)當隊(dui)(dui)(dui)長(chang)用(yong),隊(dui)(dui)(dui)長(chang)當班長(chang)用(yong),不斷提(ti)高作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)人(ren)員(yuan)的(de)操作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)技能和(he)技術(shu)力量,達(da)到了減人(ren)員(yuan)、減班次、不減產(chan)量的(de)新(xin)(xin)格局。實現(xian)集(ji)約(yue)化(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)后,他們抽調15人(ren)組(zu)建專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍,負(fu)責(ze)礦井工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)的(de)安(an)裝回撤(che)(che)和(he)安(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)標準化(hua)的(de)整改工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),廢除了工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)安(an)撤(che)(che)由外(wai)委隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)狀況,還創(chuang)造(zao)了16天圓滿完成安(an)撤(che)(che)任(ren)務,比預期提(ti)前4天和(he)日回撤(che)(che)20架、安(an)裝19架的(de)紀錄。截至(zhi)目前,該(gai)專(zhuan)業(ye)化(hua)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍已安(an)全高質(zhi)量完成礦井工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)安(an)裝5個、回撤(che)(che)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)3個的(de)任(ren)務,較原外(wai)委安(an)撤(che)(che)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)隊(dui)(dui)(dui)伍8個工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)面(mian),可創(chuang)效近400萬元。2021年5煤人(ren)均工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)效42.06噸(dun)/工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),同(tong)比2020年29.8噸(dun)/工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong),提(ti)高了41%,人(ren)員(yuan)減少了19人(ren)左右(you)。
通過“三減三提(ti)”,各項目實施和(he)安(an)全生產工作(zuo)寫實制度,大(da)力推動(dong)“機械化(hua)(hua)換(huan)人、自動(dong)化(hua)(hua)減人、提(ti)效減人”戰略,預(yu)計全年減員(yuan)37人,實現(xian)全礦(kuang)井400人目標。
