龍礦集團望田煤業:標準精細抓管理 技術創新鑄品牌

望田(tian)煤(mei)業是龍礦(kuang)集團在山西投資(zi)建設的(de)(de)第三對礦(kuang)井(jing),核定生產能力(li)120萬噸/年(nian)(nian)(nian),2011年(nian)(nian)(nian)7月開始(shi)技改,2014年(nian)(nian)(nian)建成(cheng)投產,2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)跨入特級高(gao)產高(gao)效礦(kuang)井(jing)序(xu)列,2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)6月順(shun)利通過(guo)國家一級安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產標(biao)準化(hua)礦(kuang)井(jing)驗收(shou)。2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)5月建成(cheng)山西省的(de)(de)第二(er)個薄煤(mei)層(ceng)智能化(hua)工作(zuo)面(mian)。近年(nian)(nian)(nian)來,望田(tian)煤(mei)業以建設“安(an)全(quan)(quan)高(gao)效礦(kuang)井(jing)”目標(biao)為引領,以精(jing)細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理作(zuo)為提升礦(kuang)井(jing)高(gao)質量發展的(de)(de)第一選擇,創新開展精(jing)細管(guan)(guan)理模(mo)式(shi)(shi),將精(jing)細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理理念(nian)貫穿整個安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產經(jing)營管(guan)(guan)理的(de)(de)全(quan)(quan)過(guo)程,做到“事(shi)事(shi)有(you)(you)人(ren)管(guan)(guan)、人(ren)人(ren)有(you)(you)事(shi)管(guan)(guan)、管(guan)(guan)理有(you)(you)標(biao)準、操作(zuo)有(you)(you)規范”的(de)(de)管(guan)(guan)理格局,形(xing)成(cheng)具有(you)(you)望田(tian)特色的(de)(de)精(jing)細化(hua)管(guan)(guan)理模(mo)式(shi)(shi)。

一(yi)、將精細化融入安(an)(an)全管理(li),在打造價(jia)值認同和標準規范(fan)中引領安(an)(an)全發展

安全是煤礦的(de)“天(tian)字號(hao)”大事。我(wo)們在加(jia)強京广航影视App建設的(de)大環境下,積(ji)極培育和發展以人為本(ben),安全為首的(de)安全文化(hua),以文化(hua)為引(yin)領,牢(lao)樹“一個(ge)理(li)念(nian)”,構(gou)建“三(san)個(ge)體系”,解決(jue)“三(san)個(ge)問題”,用文化(hua)鑄造安全盾(dun)牌,形成(cheng)精細化(hua)管理(li)共識,實現了員(yuan)工家(jia)庭幸(xing)福與(yu)企(qi)業經濟效益(yi)的(de)同步發展。

1.牢(lao)樹“一(yi)(yi)個理(li)(li)(li)念”。就(jiu)是“讓(rang)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)成為(wei)習慣(guan)(guan),讓(rang)習慣(guan)(guan)符(fu)合標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)”的(de)(de)(de)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)化(hua)理(li)(li)(li)念。一(yi)(yi)是做(zuo)到(dao)文化(hua)理(li)(li)(li)念培育與(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)價值行(xing)為(wei)的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)。把員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)“良心(xin)活(huo)”提升為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)“規(gui)范活(huo)”,把員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)感恩行(xing)為(wei)固化(hua)為(wei)操作(zuo)(zuo)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun),使(shi)精(jing)細(xi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)文化(hua)更(geng)容易、更(geng)自覺(jue)地被廣大(da)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)所(suo)理(li)(li)(li)解和接受(shou)。二是做(zuo)到(dao)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)與(yu)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)需求的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)。在標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)準(zhun)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、規(gui)范管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),我們通過實(shi)施人本管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li),引入(ru)親情元(yuan)素,改(gai)善員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)心(xin)智(zhi)模式,讓(rang)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)在物質上(shang)受(shou)益(yi)、精(jing)神上(shang)滿足,使(shi)企業經營發展目(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)體現員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)意愿,轉化(hua)為(wei)廣大(da)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)統(tong)(tong)一(yi)(yi)目(mu)標(biao)(biao)(biao)(biao)并(bing)愿意為(wei)此去努力,做(zuo)到(dao)落實(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)無盲點(dian),使(shi)富有(you)特色(se)的(de)(de)(de)精(jing)細(xi)管(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)(li)文化(hua)在公司落地生根、開花結果。

2.構建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“三(san)個(ge)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)”。一是(shi)著力(li)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“安(an)(an)全(quan)精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)責(ze)任(ren)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)”將(jiang)《安(an)(an)全(quan)精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)標(biao)準》分(fen)解到(dao)專(zhuan)業(ye),規(gui)范到(dao)班組(zu)(zu),細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)到(dao)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei),現(xian)場管(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)目(mu)標(biao)明(ming)確(que)、分(fen)工(gong)(gong)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)致、指導到(dao)位(wei)(wei)(wei)、考(kao)(kao)核(he)嚴格;崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)員(yuan)標(biao)準熟悉、責(ze)任(ren)清楚、行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)規(gui)范、操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)熟練(lian),做到(dao)“上標(biao)準崗(gang),干(gan)標(biao)準活(huo)”,形成(cheng)了(le)從上到(dao)下(xia)逐級(ji)落實(shi)、層(ceng)層(ceng)負責(ze)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)。二是(shi)著力(li)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“安(an)(an)全(quan)德(de)善文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)”。扎實(shi)踐行(xing)(xing)(xing)“尊嚴文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”,把“德(de)善文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”融匯到(dao)“尊嚴文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”之中,大(da)力(li)倡(chang)樹抓(zhua)好安(an)(an)全(quan)就是(shi)積德(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)善,實(shi)現(xian)安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)就是(shi)讓職工(gong)(gong)享受最大(da)尊嚴的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)(jing)神。全(quan)礦副科級(ji)以(yi)上管(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)員(yuan)輪(lun)流到(dao)區(qu)隊宣(xuan)講,通過班前會、談(tan)心、聊天等不(bu)同(tong)方式傳播精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)與(yu)區(qu)隊效益、安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)之間的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)關系(xi)(xi),將(jiang)其作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)轉變(bian)作(zuo)(zuo)風、改變(bian)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)心智模式、矯正不(bu)安(an)(an)全(quan)行(xing)(xing)(xing)為(wei)習慣的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)切入(ru)點和突破(po)口,逐步培(pei)養(yang)職工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)意識,掌握安(an)(an)全(quan)知識,提(ti)高操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)技(ji)能(neng),最大(da)限(xian)度的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)滿足安(an)(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)需要。三(san)是(shi)著力(li)構建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)“班組(zu)(zu)精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)(xi)”。在實(shi)施精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)過程(cheng)中,公司劃小(xiao)核(he)算(suan)單位(wei)(wei)(wei)、把班組(zu)(zu)建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)設作(zuo)(zuo)為(wei)保(bao)安(an)(an)全(quan)、降(jiang)成(cheng)本、提(ti)質量、創效益、建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)文(wen)(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主抓(zhua)手(shou),實(shi)施素質提(ti)升工(gong)(gong)程(cheng),致力(li)打造“員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)自律、班組(zu)(zu)自主、區(qu)隊自控、崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)增值,精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)”的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)班組(zu)(zu)管(guan)理(li)(li)模式。建(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)立了(le)從員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)到(dao)班組(zu)(zu)、區(qu)隊、專(zhuan)業(ye)、公司五個(ge)層(ceng)面自下(xia)而上的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)精(jing)(jing)(jing)益生(sheng)產(chan)覆蓋(gai)體(ti)系(xi)(xi),規(gui)范了(le)100多個(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)種精(jing)(jing)(jing)益生(sheng)產(chan)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)流程(cheng),制定(ding)了(le)128個(ge)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)規(gui)范。通過精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)ABC三(san)卡對員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)進行(xing)(xing)(xing)價值考(kao)(kao)核(he),增強(qiang)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)實(shi)現(xian)崗(gang)位(wei)(wei)(wei)增值、個(ge)人(ren)價值的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)自覺性,使被管(guan)理(li)(li)者(zhe)成(cheng)為(wei)管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)參(can)與(yu)者(zhe),促進全(quan)員(yuan)參(can)與(yu)精(jing)(jing)(jing)細(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)。

3.解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)“三個問題(ti)”:一是(shi)解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)(le)難落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)的(de)問題(ti),建(jian)立起了(le)(le)“全(quan)(quan)礦-專業-單(dan)位(wei)-班組-個人(ren)”的(de)五級(ji)(ji)精細(xi)化管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)責(ze)(ze)(ze)任落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)體(ti)系,按(an)照一級(ji)(ji)帶著一級(ji)(ji)干(gan),一級(ji)(ji)做(zuo)給一級(ji)(ji)看,一級(ji)(ji)抓(zhua)一級(ji)(ji),一級(ji)(ji)為一級(ji)(ji)負責(ze)(ze)(ze)的(de)工作機制,將責(ze)(ze)(ze)任落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)到每一名員(yuan)工,解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)(le)安全(quan)(quan)精細(xi)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)難落(luo)(luo)實(shi)(shi)的(de)問題(ti)。二是(shi)解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)(le)統一協調(diao)難的(de)問題(ti)。各方力(li)量得(de)到協同,內耗大(da)大(da)減少,管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)質量和效率得(de)到大(da)幅(fu)度提高,解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)(le)安全(quan)(quan)管(guan)(guan)(guan)理(li)(li)協同脫節(jie)的(de)問題(ti)。三是(shi)解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)(le)獎(jiang)懲激(ji)勵發揮不到位(wei)的(de)問題(ti)。通過(guo)實(shi)(shi)施安全(quan)(quan)切(qie)塊工資,激(ji)發了(le)(le)干(gan)部(bu)員(yuan)工的(de)積(ji)極性,使安全(quan)(quan)獎(jiang)懲手段(duan)發揮出最大(da)效力(li),解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)了(le)(le)安全(quan)(quan)獎(jiang)懲激(ji)勵效力(li)不高的(de)問題(ti)。

二、將精(jing)細化(hua)(hua)融入現場管(guan)理,在推進安全生產標準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)建設中打(da)造精(jing)品工程

精細化管(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)落腳(jiao)點是現場,現場管(guan)理(li)是企業管(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)根本,更是企業的(de)(de)效益(yi)所在。在現場管(guan)理(li)上我們(men)創新(xin)工作思路,突出(chu)“一個中心(xin)”、打造“兩大工程”、強(qiang)化“三個注重”,實現了(le)安(an)全生產精細化。

1.突(tu)出(chu)“一個中心”。即突(tu)出(chu)安(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)化(hua)(hua)為(wei)中心。一是(shi)(shi)抓(zhua)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)。公司制(zhi)定精(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),推進(jin)“巷道(dao)一次(ci)成(cheng)型、工(gong)(gong)作一次(ci)達標(biao)(biao)、質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)一勞永逸”,全力(li)打造“精(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”;從(cong)管(guan)(guan)理干部到(dao)現場職工(gong)(gong),人(ren)人(ren)都管(guan)(guan)事(shi)、事(shi)事(shi)有人(ren)管(guan)(guan)、事(shi)事(shi)有標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun),真(zhen)正(zheng)達到(dao)“ 樹一個樣板,帶一批精(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)” 的(de)(de)目(mu)的(de)(de)。二是(shi)(shi)抓(zhua)細(xi)節。從(cong)源(yuan)頭抓(zhua)起,從(cong)細(xi)節抓(zhua)起,對(dui)每(mei)件(jian)事(shi)、每(mei)個過程(cheng)、每(mei)道(dao)工(gong)(gong)序,都做到(dao)嚴格控制(zhi)、考(kao)核和監督,如管(guan)(guan)線(xian)吊掛用(yong)尺具(ju)量(liang)(liang)、軌道(dao)敷(fu)設(she)用(yong)卡具(ju)、錨(mao)桿(gan)安(an)裝(zhuang)拉線(xian)繩等,每(mei)項施工(gong)(gong)都按照(zhao)對(dui)標(biao)(biao)管(guan)(guan)理的(de)(de)原則嚴格把關,做到(dao)標(biao)(biao)準(zhun)(zhun)更(geng)高,要求更(geng)嚴,確保(bao)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)、工(gong)(gong)作質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)、文明生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)保(bao)持靜態、動態、常態達標(biao)(biao)。三是(shi)(shi)重實效。在(zai)采(cai)、掘、機、運(yun)、通(tong)各系(xi)統內在(zai)質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)達標(biao)(biao)的(de)(de)基礎上(shang),推行精(jing)細(xi)化(hua)(hua)管(guan)(guan)理“ 十化(hua)(hua)” 作業。即:“采(cai)掘質(zhi)(zhi)量(liang)(liang)精(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)化(hua)(hua)、班組崗位示范(fan)化(hua)(hua)、設(she)備安(an)裝(zhuang)精(jing)細(xi)化(hua)(hua)、安(an)全監控數字化(hua)(hua)、系(xi)統運(yun)轉自動化(hua)(hua)、煤炭(tan)開(kai)采(cai)智能(neng)化(hua)(hua)、牌(pai)板標(biao)(biao)識規范(fan)化(hua)(hua)、管(guan)(guan)線(xian)吊掛直線(xian)化(hua)(hua)、物料碼(ma)放定置化(hua)(hua)、設(she)備管(guan)(guan)理編碼(ma)化(hua)(hua)”,以優質(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)精(jing)品(pin)(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)助推安(an)全生(sheng)(sheng)產(chan)。上(shang)半年公司實現了零工(gong)(gong)傷和非人(ren)身事(shi)故零目(mu)標(biao)(biao)。

去年6月份(fen),順利通過(guo)了國家一級標準化(hua)礦井驗(yan)收,得(de)到(dao)驗(yan)收組領(ling)導(dao)“望田可作安(an)全生產標準化(hua)樣板礦”的一致贊譽,為(wei)能源(yuan)集團爭得(de)了榮譽,樹立(li)了企業品(pin)牌(pai)。

2.打造(zao)(zao)(zao)“兩大工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”:即平安(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)和(he)自(zi)(zi)主保安(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。一是(shi)打造(zao)(zao)(zao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)精細(xi)化平安(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。為員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)創造(zao)(zao)(zao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)環(huan)境,取(qu)(qu)消(xiao)夜(ye)班(ban),努力(li)把員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)從危險環(huan)境和(he)繁重(zhong)勞動中(zhong)(zhong)解(jie)放出來,徹底消(xiao)滅薄弱班(ban)次的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)隱患(huan),充分體現(xian)真正意義上的(de)(de)“以(yi)人(ren)(ren)為本(ben)”內涵(han)。同時,取(qu)(qu)消(xiao)夜(ye)班(ban)之后,減少現(xian)場作業人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)達76人(ren)(ren),我們用提(ti)高(gao)效率的(de)(de)方式彌補(bu)原煤產(chan)量(liang)和(he)掘進(jin)進(jin)尺,保持單產(chan)單進(jin)水平不降低。掘進(jin)延米效率不降反升(sheng),提(ti)高(gao)了40%。二是(shi)打造(zao)(zao)(zao)安(an)全(quan)(quan)生產(chan)精細(xi)化全(quan)(quan)員(yuan)自(zi)(zi)主保安(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。開展“崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)雙述(shu)(shu)”活動,在全(quan)(quan)礦所(suo)有(you)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種、崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)中(zhong)(zhong),堅持落實手指(zhi)口述(shu)(shu)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上,推行崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)描述(shu)(shu),讓職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)對自(zi)(zi)己崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)職責范圍、工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作標準、崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)技能(neng)、設(she)備性能(neng)、崗(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)環(huan)境、事(shi)故(gu)預防(fang)做到正確(que)無(wu)誤的(de)(de)描述(shu)(shu),以(yi)實現(xian)人(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)注(zhu)意力(li)和(he)物(wu)的(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)管理高(gao)度一致,從而達到避免違章、消(xiao)除(chu)隱患(huan)、杜絕(jue)事(shi)故(gu),保障(zhang)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)及(ji)操(cao)作安(an)全(quan)(quan)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de),從根本(ben)提(ti)高(gao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)自(zi)(zi)主保安(an)意識、正規操(cao)作意識。

三、將精細化管理融(rong)入技術(shu)創新,在加(jia)快“一提雙(shuang)優”建設中育生企業發展新動能

1.依托“一個載體”:以創(chuang)新(xin)工作(zuo)室為載體,發(fa)明創(chuang)造,技術攻關,培育人才(cai)。上半年,機(ji)運工區(qu)借助高技能(neng)人才(cai)創(chuang)新(xin)工作(zuo)室平臺,完成(cheng)創(chuang)新(xin)和改革項目(mu)10項,節(jie)約生產(chan)成(cheng)本約35萬元。

3.注重(zhong)(zhong)“三(san)個結(jie)合(he)(he)(he)”:一(yi)(yi)(yi)是注重(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)相結(jie)合(he)(he)(he),著力構(gou)建(jian)科(ke)技(ji)支(zhi)撐體系,針(zhen)對影響威脅(xie)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)突出問題,進行(xing)科(ke)技(ji)攻關(guan),有(you)效(xiao)(xiao)地(di)提高了(le)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場安(an)全(quan)科(ke)技(ji)保障能(neng)(neng)(neng)力。無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)機(ji)(ji)巡(xun)線,兩個人(ren)(ren)(ren)一(yi)(yi)(yi)天就(jiu)完成了(le)原來四個人(ren)(ren)(ren)一(yi)(yi)(yi)周(zhou)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)量(liang);氣動(dong)擋車桿及報警裝(zhuang)置,解決了(le)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)繁瑣、安(an)全(quan)無(wu)法保證(zheng)的(de)問題;綜(zong)合(he)(he)(he)自(zi)動(dong)化(hua)(hua)平臺(tai)的(de)搭建(jian),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)安(an)全(quan)數據即時化(hua)(hua)、生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)活動(dong)可視化(hua)(hua),保證(zheng)了(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)的(de)安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)。二(er)是注重(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)現(xian)(xian)(xian)場實(shi)際相結(jie)合(he)(he)(he),加(jia)快“ 智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)”建(jian)設,拓展安(an)全(quan)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)“大(da)數據”應用,用科(ke)技(ji)創新加(jia)快“機(ji)(ji)器換人(ren)(ren)(ren)”,減(jian)(jian)輕員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)強度。今年五月(yue)份建(jian)成了(le)龍(long)礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)團首套薄煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)層(ceng)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)。生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)序由原來的(de)2名司機(ji)(ji)跟機(ji)(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)、3名支(zhi)架工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)分段(duan)跟機(ji)(ji)拉(la)架,變(bian)為(wei)2人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)巡(xun)視,比普(pu)通(tong)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)減(jian)(jian)少(shao)9人(ren)(ren)(ren),正常(chang)回采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)期間每班(ban)僅需要7人(ren)(ren)(ren),一(yi)(yi)(yi)天下來減(jian)(jian)少(shao)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)和檢修人(ren)(ren)(ren)員(yuan)達(da)18人(ren)(ren)(ren)。智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai),改變(bian)了(le)傳統煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)炭開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)方(fang)式(shi),改變(bian)了(le)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)心智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)模式(shi),使(shi)他們(men)由過去的(de)下井(jing)挖煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)的(de)“煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)黑(hei)子”變(bian)成了(le)現(xian)(xian)(xian)在坐在辦公室操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)電腦(nao)的(de)“文(wen)化(hua)(hua)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”,開(kai)啟龍(long)礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)團智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)新時代(dai)。三(san)是注重(zhong)(zhong)與(yu)提質增(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)(xiao)相結(jie)合(he)(he)(he),實(shi)施“一(yi)(yi)(yi)提雙(shuang)優(you)(you)”工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程,推進礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)裝(zhuang)備升(sheng)級,優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)系統,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)方(fang)式(shi)變(bian)革。優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)井(jing)下煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)炭運輸系統后,7部膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)機(ji)(ji)減(jian)(jian)為(wei)4部,運距縮短1.8公里,遠期釋(shi)放效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)約2100萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan);優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)復采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)動(dong)條件下高壓鐵塔區域的(de)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)方(fang)案(an),使(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)儲量(liang)46萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun);優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)二(er)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)區11號煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)聯合(he)(he)(he)布(bu)置增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)儲量(liang)15.4萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun),遠期釋(shi)放效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)約1640多(duo)萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan);優(you)(you)化(hua)(hua)13211采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)藝,可多(duo)回收64萬(wan)(wan)(wan)噸(dun),增(zeng)(zeng)加(jia)效(xiao)(xiao)益(yi)6400萬(wan)(wan)(wan)元(yuan)。膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)機(ji)(ji)集(ji)控(kong)、變(bian)電所泵房(fang)無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)值守、薄煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)層(ceng)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)等一(yi)(yi)(yi)大(da)批“一(yi)(yi)(yi)提雙(shuang)優(you)(you)”創新項目已經(jing)落地(di),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)(xian)了(le)井(jing)下膠(jiao)(jiao)帶(dai)(dai)機(ji)(ji)、泵房(fang)、變(bian)電所、地(di)面(mian)煤(mei)(mei)(mei)(mei)場遠程遙控(kong),減(jian)(jian)少(shao)崗位工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)29人(ren)(ren)(ren)。做到了(le)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)(chan)管控(kong)可視化(hua)(hua),監測監控(kong)全(quan)息化(hua)(hua)、故障診斷智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)(neng)化(hua)(hua)、礦(kuang)(kuang)山開(kai)采(cai)(cai)(cai)(cai)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)慧化(hua)(hua)。
