龍礦集團望田煤業:標準精細抓管理 技術創新鑄品牌

望(wang)(wang)田煤(mei)業是龍礦(kuang)集團在山西投資(zi)建設的(de)第(di)三對礦(kuang)井(jing),核(he)定生產(chan)(chan)(chan)能(neng)力120萬噸/年(nian)(nian),2011年(nian)(nian)7月(yue)(yue)開始(shi)技改,2014年(nian)(nian)建成投產(chan)(chan)(chan),2016年(nian)(nian)跨入(ru)特(te)級高產(chan)(chan)(chan)高效礦(kuang)井(jing)序列(lie),2018年(nian)(nian)6月(yue)(yue)順利通過(guo)國家一(yi)級安(an)(an)全生產(chan)(chan)(chan)標(biao)(biao)準化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)礦(kuang)井(jing)驗(yan)收(shou)。2019年(nian)(nian)5月(yue)(yue)建成山西省的(de)第(di)二(er)個薄煤(mei)層智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)工作面。近(jin)年(nian)(nian)來,望(wang)(wang)田煤(mei)業以(yi)(yi)建設“安(an)(an)全高效礦(kuang)井(jing)”目(mu)標(biao)(biao)為(wei)引領(ling),以(yi)(yi)精(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)作為(wei)提升(sheng)礦(kuang)井(jing)高質量(liang)發(fa)展的(de)第(di)一(yi)選(xuan)擇,創新(xin)開展精(jing)細(xi)(xi)管(guan)理(li)模(mo)式,將精(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)理(li)念貫穿(chuan)整個安(an)(an)全生產(chan)(chan)(chan)經(jing)營(ying)管(guan)理(li)的(de)全過(guo)程,做到“事(shi)事(shi)有(you)(you)人管(guan)、人人有(you)(you)事(shi)管(guan)、管(guan)理(li)有(you)(you)標(biao)(biao)準、操(cao)作有(you)(you)規范”的(de)管(guan)理(li)格(ge)局,形成具有(you)(you)望(wang)(wang)田特(te)色的(de)精(jing)細(xi)(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)模(mo)式。

一、將精細(xi)化(hua)融入安全管(guan)理(li),在(zai)打造價值認(ren)同(tong)和標準規范中(zhong)引領(ling)安全發(fa)展(zhan)

安全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)是煤礦的(de)“天(tian)字(zi)號”大事。我(wo)們在(zai)加(jia)強京(jing)广航影视App建設的(de)大環境(jing)下,積極培育(yu)和發展以人為(wei)(wei)本,安全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)為(wei)(wei)首的(de)安全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)文化,以文化為(wei)(wei)引領,牢(lao)樹(shu)“一個(ge)理念(nian)”,構建“三個(ge)體系”,解決“三個(ge)問題”,用文化鑄造安全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)盾牌,形成精細(xi)化管理共(gong)識(shi),實現了員工家庭幸福與企業經濟效益的(de)同步發展。

1.牢樹“一(yi)個理(li)(li)(li)念(nian)”。就是(shi)“讓(rang)標(biao)準成為(wei)(wei)習慣(guan),讓(rang)習慣(guan)符合標(biao)準”的(de)(de)標(biao)準化(hua)理(li)(li)(li)念(nian)。一(yi)是(shi)做到文化(hua)理(li)(li)(li)念(nian)培育(yu)與員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)價值行為(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)。把(ba)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)“良心活(huo)”提升為(wei)(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)“規(gui)(gui)范(fan)活(huo)”,把(ba)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)感恩行為(wei)(wei)固(gu)化(hua)為(wei)(wei)操作標(biao)準,使(shi)精細(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)文化(hua)更容易、更自覺地被廣大(da)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)所理(li)(li)(li)解(jie)和(he)接受。二是(shi)做到管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)目標(biao)與員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)需求的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)。在標(biao)準管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)、規(gui)(gui)范(fan)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)的(de)(de)基礎(chu)上(shang),我們通過實(shi)施人本(ben)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li),引(yin)入親情(qing)元素,改善員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)心智模式,讓(rang)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)在物質上(shang)受益、精神上(shang)滿足,使(shi)企業經(jing)營發展(zhan)目標(biao)體現員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)意(yi)愿,轉化(hua)為(wei)(wei)廣大(da)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)統(tong)一(yi)目標(biao)并愿意(yi)為(wei)(wei)此(ci)去努力(li),做到落實(shi)工(gong)(gong)作無盲點,使(shi)富有特色的(de)(de)精細(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)文化(hua)在公司落地生根、開花結果。

2.構(gou)建“三個(ge)(ge)體(ti)系(xi)”。一是(shi)著力構(gou)建“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)精細(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)責任(ren)體(ti)系(xi)”將《安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)精細(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)標準(zhun)》分解(jie)到專(zhuan)業(ye),規范(fan)到班(ban)(ban)組(zu),細(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)到崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei),現(xian)場(chang)管(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)目(mu)標明確、分工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)細(xi)致、指導(dao)到位(wei)、考核(he)(he)嚴(yan)格;崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)標準(zhun)熟悉、責任(ren)清(qing)楚、行為規范(fan)、操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)熟練(lian),做到“上(shang)(shang)標準(zhun)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang),干(gan)標準(zhun)活”,形(xing)成(cheng)了(le)(le)從(cong)上(shang)(shang)到下逐級(ji)落實、層層負責的(de)(de)標準(zhun)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)。二是(shi)著力構(gou)建“安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)德(de)善(shan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)體(ti)系(xi)”。扎(zha)實踐行“尊(zun)嚴(yan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”,把(ba)“德(de)善(shan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”融匯到“尊(zun)嚴(yan)文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)”之中,大力倡樹抓好安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)就是(shi)積德(de)行善(shan),實現(xian)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)(chan)就是(shi)讓職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)享受最大尊(zun)嚴(yan)的(de)(de)精神。全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)礦副科(ke)級(ji)以上(shang)(shang)管(guan)理(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)輪流到區(qu)隊宣講,通過班(ban)(ban)前會、談心、聊天等不同方(fang)式傳播精細(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)與區(qu)隊效益、安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)(chan)之間(jian)的(de)(de)關系(xi),將其作(zuo)(zuo)為轉(zhuan)變作(zuo)(zuo)風、改變員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)心智模(mo)式、矯正(zheng)不安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)行為習慣的(de)(de)切入(ru)點和突破(po)口,逐步(bu)培養職工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的(de)(de)精細(xi)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)意識,掌(zhang)握安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)知識,提(ti)高操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)技能(neng),最大限(xian)度的(de)(de)滿足安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)生產(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)需要。三是(shi)著力構(gou)建“班(ban)(ban)組(zu)精細(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)體(ti)系(xi)”。在實施(shi)精細(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)過程(cheng)(cheng)中,公(gong)司劃小核(he)(he)算單位(wei)、把(ba)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)建設作(zuo)(zuo)為保(bao)安(an)(an)(an)(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)、降成(cheng)本(ben)、提(ti)質(zhi)量(liang)、創(chuang)效益、建文(wen)(wen)化(hua)(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)主(zhu)抓手,實施(shi)素質(zhi)提(ti)升工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng),致力打造“員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)自(zi)律、班(ban)(ban)組(zu)自(zi)主(zhu)、區(qu)隊自(zi)控、崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi),精細(xi)管(guan)理(li)(li)”的(de)(de)班(ban)(ban)組(zu)管(guan)理(li)(li)模(mo)式。建立了(le)(le)從(cong)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)到班(ban)(ban)組(zu)、區(qu)隊、專(zhuan)業(ye)、公(gong)司五個(ge)(ge)層面自(zi)下而上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)精益生產(chan)(chan)覆蓋體(ti)系(xi),規范(fan)了(le)(le)100多個(ge)(ge)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)種精益生產(chan)(chan)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)流程(cheng)(cheng),制定了(le)(le)128個(ge)(ge)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)操(cao)(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)規范(fan)。通過精細(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)ABC三卡對員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)進行價值(zhi)(zhi)考核(he)(he),增(zeng)強(qiang)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)實現(xian)崗(gang)(gang)(gang)(gang)位(wei)增(zeng)值(zhi)(zhi)、個(ge)(ge)人(ren)(ren)價值(zhi)(zhi)的(de)(de)自(zi)覺性(xing),使被管(guan)理(li)(li)者成(cheng)為管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)(de)參與者,促(cu)進全(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)(quan)員(yuan)參與精細(xi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)。

3.解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)“三(san)個(ge)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)”:一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)是解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)難(nan)落實的問(wen)(wen)題(ti),建立起了(le)“全礦-專業(ye)-單位-班(ban)組-個(ge)人”的五級(ji)(ji)(ji)精細化管理(li)(li)責(ze)任落實體(ti)系,按照一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)帶(dai)著(zhu)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)干,一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)做(zuo)給(gei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)看(kan),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)抓一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji),一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)為(wei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)級(ji)(ji)(ji)負(fu)責(ze)的工(gong)作機制,將責(ze)任落實到(dao)(dao)每(mei)一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)名(ming)員工(gong),解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)安全精細管理(li)(li)難(nan)落實的問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。二是解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)統一(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)(yi)協(xie)調難(nan)的問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。各方力(li)量(liang)得到(dao)(dao)協(xie)同,內耗大(da)大(da)減(jian)少(shao),管理(li)(li)質量(liang)和效率得到(dao)(dao)大(da)幅度(du)提高(gao),解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)安全管理(li)(li)協(xie)同脫節的問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。三(san)是解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)獎懲激(ji)勵(li)(li)發(fa)揮不到(dao)(dao)位的問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。通過(guo)實施安全切塊工(gong)資,激(ji)發(fa)了(le)干部(bu)員工(gong)的積極性,使安全獎懲手(shou)段發(fa)揮出最大(da)效力(li),解(jie)(jie)(jie)決(jue)(jue)了(le)安全獎懲激(ji)勵(li)(li)效力(li)不高(gao)的問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。

二、將精細化融入現場(chang)管理,在推進安全生產標(biao)準化建設中打造精品工程

精(jing)細(xi)化(hua)管(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)落腳點是現場(chang),現場(chang)管(guan)理(li)是企(qi)業管(guan)理(li)的(de)(de)根本,更是企(qi)業的(de)(de)效益(yi)所在。在現場(chang)管(guan)理(li)上我們(men)創(chuang)新工作思(si)路,突(tu)出“一個中(zhong)心”、打造(zao)“兩大工程(cheng)”、強化(hua)“三個注重”,實現了安全生(sheng)產精(jing)細(xi)化(hua)。

1.突(tu)出(chu)“一(yi)個中心(xin)”。即(ji)突(tu)出(chu)安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產標準化(hua)為中心(xin)。一(yi)是(shi)抓標準。公(gong)司制定精(jing)品(pin)(pin)標準,推進“巷道一(yi)次成型(xing)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)一(yi)次達(da)標、質量(liang)一(yi)勞永逸”,全(quan)(quan)力打造“精(jing)品(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)”;從管(guan)理(li)(li)干部到現(xian)場職工(gong)(gong),人(ren)人(ren)都管(guan)事(shi)、事(shi)事(shi)有(you)人(ren)管(guan)、事(shi)事(shi)有(you)標準,真正(zheng)達(da)到“ 樹(shu)一(yi)個樣板(ban),帶一(yi)批(pi)精(jing)品(pin)(pin)” 的(de)目的(de)。二是(shi)抓細節(jie)。從源頭抓起,從細節(jie)抓起,對每(mei)件事(shi)、每(mei)個過程(cheng)(cheng)、每(mei)道工(gong)(gong)序,都做到嚴格控(kong)制、考核(he)和(he)監督,如管(guan)線吊掛用(yong)尺具(ju)(ju)量(liang)、軌道敷設用(yong)卡具(ju)(ju)、錨桿(gan)安(an)(an)裝拉線繩等,每(mei)項施工(gong)(gong)都按照對標管(guan)理(li)(li)的(de)原則嚴格把關,做到標準更高,要求更嚴,確(que)保工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)質量(liang)、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)質量(liang)、文明生(sheng)(sheng)產保持靜態(tai)、動態(tai)、常態(tai)達(da)標。三是(shi)重實效。在采(cai)、掘、機、運、通各系(xi)(xi)統(tong)內(nei)在質量(liang)達(da)標的(de)基礎上,推行精(jing)細化(hua)管(guan)理(li)(li)“ 十化(hua)” 作(zuo)業(ye)。即(ji):“采(cai)掘質量(liang)精(jing)品(pin)(pin)化(hua)、班組(zu)崗位示范化(hua)、設備安(an)(an)裝精(jing)細化(hua)、安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)監控(kong)數字化(hua)、系(xi)(xi)統(tong)運轉(zhuan)自動化(hua)、煤炭開采(cai)智能化(hua)、牌板(ban)標識規范化(hua)、管(guan)線吊掛直線化(hua)、物料碼放定置(zhi)化(hua)、設備管(guan)理(li)(li)編碼化(hua)”,以優(you)質的(de)精(jing)品(pin)(pin)工(gong)(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)助推安(an)(an)全(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產。上半年公(gong)司實現(xian)了零(ling)(ling)工(gong)(gong)傷和(he)非人(ren)身(shen)事(shi)故零(ling)(ling)目標。

去年6月(yue)份,順利通(tong)過(guo)了國(guo)家(jia)一(yi)級(ji)標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)礦井(jing)驗(yan)(yan)收(shou),得(de)到驗(yan)(yan)收(shou)組(zu)領導“望田(tian)可作安全生產標(biao)準化(hua)(hua)樣(yang)板礦”的(de)一(yi)致贊譽,為能源集團爭得(de)了榮譽,樹立(li)了企業品牌(pai)。

2.打造(zao)“兩大工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)”:即平安(an)(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)和(he)(he)自主保安(an)(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。一是打造(zao)安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)精細化平安(an)(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。為(wei)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)創(chuang)造(zao)安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)環境,取(qu)消夜(ye)班(ban),努力把員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)從危險環境和(he)(he)繁(fan)重勞動中解(jie)放出來,徹底(di)消滅薄弱(ruo)班(ban)次的(de)安(an)(an)全隱患,充分體現真(zhen)正(zheng)意義上的(de)“以人為(wei)本(ben)”內涵。同時(shi),取(qu)消夜(ye)班(ban)之(zhi)后,減少現場作(zuo)業人員(yuan)達76人,我們用提高(gao)(gao)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)的(de)方式彌補(bu)原煤產(chan)量(liang)和(he)(he)掘(jue)進(jin)進(jin)尺(chi),保持(chi)單(dan)產(chan)單(dan)進(jin)水平不(bu)(bu)降低。掘(jue)進(jin)延米效(xiao)率(lv)(lv)不(bu)(bu)降反升(sheng),提高(gao)(gao)了40%。二是打造(zao)安(an)(an)全生(sheng)產(chan)精細化全員(yuan)自主保安(an)(an)工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)。開展“崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)雙述(shu)”活(huo)動,在全礦(kuang)所有工(gong)(gong)(gong)種、崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)中,堅(jian)持(chi)落實(shi)手指口述(shu)的(de)基(ji)礎上,推(tui)行崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)描(miao)述(shu),讓職工(gong)(gong)(gong)對自己崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)的(de)職責范圍、工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)標準(zhun)、崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)技(ji)能(neng)、設備性能(neng)、崗(gang)(gang)位(wei)(wei)環境、事故(gu)預防做到(dao)正(zheng)確(que)無誤的(de)描(miao)述(shu),以實(shi)現人的(de)注意力和(he)(he)物(wu)的(de)安(an)(an)全管理高(gao)(gao)度一致(zhi),從而達到(dao)避免(mian)違章、消除(chu)隱患、杜絕事故(gu),保障施工(gong)(gong)(gong)及操作(zuo)安(an)(an)全的(de)目的(de),從根本(ben)提高(gao)(gao)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)自主保安(an)(an)意識(shi)、正(zheng)規操作(zuo)意識(shi)。

三、將(jiang)精(jing)細化管(guan)理融入技術創新(xin),在(zai)加(jia)快“一提雙優”建(jian)設中育生企業發(fa)展新(xin)動能

3.注(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)“三個結(jie)合(he)”:一(yi)是(shi)注(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)與安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合(he),著力構(gou)建(jian)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)支(zhi)撐體系,針對影響威脅安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產的(de)(de)(de)突出問題(ti),進行科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)攻關(guan),有效(xiao)地(di)提(ti)高(gao)了(le)(le)(le)現(xian)場(chang)(chang)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)保(bao)障(zhang)能(neng)(neng)力。無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)機(ji)巡線(xian),兩個人(ren)(ren)(ren)一(yi)天就(jiu)完(wan)成了(le)(le)(le)原(yuan)來四個人(ren)(ren)(ren)一(yi)周(zhou)的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)作量;氣動擋車桿及(ji)報警裝置,解決了(le)(le)(le)人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)操(cao)作繁瑣、安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)無(wu)法保(bao)證(zheng)的(de)(de)(de)問題(ti);綜合(he)自動化(hua)平(ping)臺的(de)(de)(de)搭建(jian),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)數據即(ji)時化(hua)、生(sheng)(sheng)產活動可視化(hua),保(bao)證(zheng)了(le)(le)(le)礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)的(de)(de)(de)安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產。二(er)是(shi)注(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)與現(xian)場(chang)(chang)實(shi)際相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合(he),加快(kuai)“ 智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)(hui)礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)”建(jian)設(she),拓展安(an)全(quan)(quan)(quan)生(sheng)(sheng)產“大數據”應(ying)用,用科(ke)技(ji)(ji)(ji)創新加快(kuai)“機(ji)器(qi)換人(ren)(ren)(ren)”,減(jian)輕員工(gong)勞動強(qiang)度。今年(nian)五月份建(jian)成了(le)(le)(le)龍(long)礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)團首套薄煤(mei)(mei)層智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)工(gong)作面(mian)。生(sheng)(sheng)產工(gong)序由(you)原(yuan)來的(de)(de)(de)2名(ming)司(si)機(ji)跟機(ji)操(cao)作、3名(ming)支(zhi)架(jia)工(gong)分段跟機(ji)拉架(jia),變(bian)為2人(ren)(ren)(ren)工(gong)作面(mian)巡視,比普通(tong)工(gong)作面(mian)減(jian)少(shao)9人(ren)(ren)(ren),正常回(hui)采(cai)(cai)期(qi)間每(mei)班僅(jin)需要7人(ren)(ren)(ren),一(yi)天下(xia)來減(jian)少(shao)生(sheng)(sheng)產和(he)檢修人(ren)(ren)(ren)員達(da)18人(ren)(ren)(ren)。智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)開(kai)采(cai)(cai),改變(bian)了(le)(le)(le)傳(chuan)統煤(mei)(mei)炭(tan)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)方(fang)式,改變(bian)了(le)(le)(le)煤(mei)(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)工(gong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)(de)(de)心智(zhi)(zhi)模式,使(shi)他們由(you)過去的(de)(de)(de)下(xia)井(jing)挖煤(mei)(mei)的(de)(de)(de)“煤(mei)(mei)黑子”變(bian)成了(le)(le)(le)現(xian)在坐在辦公(gong)室(shi)操(cao)作電(dian)腦的(de)(de)(de)“文化(hua)人(ren)(ren)(ren)”,開(kai)啟龍(long)礦(kuang)(kuang)集(ji)團智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)新時代。三是(shi)注(zhu)重(zhong)(zhong)與提(ti)質增(zeng)(zeng)效(xiao)相(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)合(he),實(shi)施“一(yi)提(ti)雙(shuang)優(you)(you)”工(gong)程,推進礦(kuang)(kuang)井(jing)裝備(bei)升級,優(you)(you)化(hua)生(sheng)(sheng)產系統,實(shi)現(xian)生(sheng)(sheng)產方(fang)式變(bian)革。優(you)(you)化(hua)井(jing)下(xia)煤(mei)(mei)炭(tan)運輸系統后,7部膠(jiao)帶機(ji)減(jian)為4部,運距縮短1.8公(gong)里,遠(yuan)期(qi)釋放效(xiao)益約2100萬(wan)元;優(you)(you)化(hua)重(zhong)(zhong)復采(cai)(cai)動條件下(xia)高(gao)壓鐵塔區域的(de)(de)(de)開(kai)采(cai)(cai)方(fang)案,使(shi)工(gong)作面(mian)增(zeng)(zeng)加儲量46萬(wan)噸;優(you)(you)化(hua)二(er)采(cai)(cai)區11號(hao)煤(mei)(mei)聯合(he)布置增(zeng)(zeng)加儲量15.4萬(wan)噸,遠(yuan)期(qi)釋放效(xiao)益約1640多(duo)萬(wan)元;優(you)(you)化(hua)13211采(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)工(gong)藝,可多(duo)回(hui)收64萬(wan)噸,增(zeng)(zeng)加效(xiao)益6400萬(wan)元。膠(jiao)帶機(ji)集(ji)控(kong)(kong)、變(bian)電(dian)所泵房(fang)無(wu)人(ren)(ren)(ren)值守、薄煤(mei)(mei)層智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)工(gong)作面(mian)等一(yi)大批“一(yi)提(ti)雙(shuang)優(you)(you)”創新項(xiang)目已經落地(di),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)(le)(le)井(jing)下(xia)膠(jiao)帶機(ji)、泵房(fang)、變(bian)電(dian)所、地(di)面(mian)煤(mei)(mei)場(chang)(chang)遠(yuan)程遙控(kong)(kong),減(jian)少(shao)崗位工(gong)29人(ren)(ren)(ren)。做到了(le)(le)(le)生(sheng)(sheng)產管控(kong)(kong)可視化(hua),監測(ce)監控(kong)(kong)全(quan)(quan)(quan)息(xi)化(hua)、故障(zhang)診斷智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)(neng)化(hua)、礦(kuang)(kuang)山開(kai)采(cai)(cai)智(zhi)(zhi)慧(hui)(hui)化(hua)。
