郭屯煤礦牢固樹(shu)立“智能化工(gong)作面(mian)不是看的(de)(de),而是干(gan)的(de)(de)”理(li)念,堅持“裝(zhuang)備(bei)、系統、管理(li)、素質”四(si)并(bing)重,統籌推進(jin)“裝(zhuang)備(bei)+系統”雙輪驅動、“管理(li)+激(ji)勵”雙管齊下、“培訓+實(shi)操”齊頭(tou)并(bing)進(jin)三項(xiang)重點工(gong)作,智能化工(gong)作面(mian)實(shi)現常態化自(zi)動運(yun)行。

一、“裝備+系統”雙輪驅動,全力推進工作面智能化升級
裝備可靠是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)生產作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)的(de)基礎,系(xi)(xi)(xi)統穩定是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)安全(quan)高(gao)效(xiao)運(yun)轉(zhuan)的(de)關鍵(jian)。一是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)更(geng)換(huan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)。將采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)更(geng)換(huan)為MG500/1200-WD型(xing)智(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)(hua)(hua)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji),具有基于互(hu)聯網的(de)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)、維護(hu)(hu)、故障(zhang)診斷功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)對(dui)滾筒高(gao)度(du)、采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)位(wei)(wei)置的(de)監(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)和記憶截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng),特別(bie)是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)在(zai)(zai)端(duan)頭截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)精確定位(wei)(wei)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)端(duan)點位(wei)(wei)置、準(zhun)確重(zhong)復左右滾筒截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)高(gao)度(du),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)及記憶截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)的(de)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong),采(cai)(cai)(cai)煤(mei)(mei)機(ji)記憶截(jie)(jie)割(ge)(ge)率(lv)由65%提高(gao)至(zhi)90%以上。二是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)升(sheng)級改造液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)。樹立(li)以液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)為核心(xin)的(de)頂(ding)板管理理念,加裝天瑪電液(ye)(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統及相關傳(chuan)感(gan)器,更(geng)換(huan)帶位(wei)(wei)移傳(chuan)感(gan)器的(de)推移缸和反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)濾(lv)芯,并在(zai)(zai)鄰架(jia)(jia)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、成(cheng)組程(cheng)序自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)、自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)反(fan)(fan)沖(chong)洗(xi)等功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)上,根(gen)據(ju)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際生產工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝(yi)開(kai)發跟機(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)程(cheng)序,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)電液(ye)(ye)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統及自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)跟機(ji)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)運(yun)行(xing),支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)跟機(ji)率(lv)由75%提高(gao)至(zhi)95%以上。三是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)建(jian)設(she)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)視(shi)(shi)頻監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統。搭建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)業(ye)(ye)以太網,建(jian)設(she)視(shi)(shi)頻系(xi)(xi)(xi)統,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)在(zai)(zai)順(shun)(shun)槽(cao)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)心(xin)對(dui)綜采(cai)(cai)(cai)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)化(hua)(hua)(hua)設(she)備的(de)可視(shi)(shi)化(hua)(hua)(hua)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)和在(zai)(zai)線監(jian)(jian)(jian)測(ce)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)能(neng),具備全(quan)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和分機(ji)自動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)兩(liang)種(zhong)模(mo)式(shi),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)設(she)備及視(shi)(shi)頻信息(xi)集(ji)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)監(jian)(jian)(jian)控(kong)的(de)常(chang)態化(hua)(hua)(hua)應(ying)(ying)用(yong)(yong)。四是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)集(ji)成(cheng)供液(ye)(ye)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統改造。將供液(ye)(ye)系(xi)(xi)(xi)統改進(jin)為“兩(liang)進(jin)一回”供液(ye)(ye)模(mo)式(shi),支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)分段獨立(li)供液(ye)(ye),在(zai)(zai)生產過程(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong),實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)快(kuai)速、平(ping)穩拉架(jia)(jia)。采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)變頻調速技(ji)術,減(jian)少機(ji)械系(xi)(xi)(xi)統沖(chong)擊,實(shi)(shi)(shi)現(xian)(xian)乳化(hua)(hua)(hua)液(ye)(ye)泵站平(ping)穩啟動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong);減(jian)少電磁閥卸(xie)載次(ci)數,降低噪音、節能(neng)減(jian)排。五是(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)兩(liang)順(shun)(shun)槽(cao)取消單體支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)(hu)。兩(liang)巷超前采(cai)(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)單元(yuan)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)架(jia)(jia)支(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)護(hu)(hu),利用(yong)(yong)單軌吊(diao)進(jin)行(xing)挪移,提高(gao)了(le)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)安全(quan)系(xi)(xi)(xi)數,降低了(le)職工(gong)(gong)(gong)勞動(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)(dong)強度(du)。生產班由16人縮減(jian)為12人,去除留巷影響(xiang)實(shi)(shi)(shi)際人員(yuan)10人,將工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)面(mian)內作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)人員(yuan)解放至(zhi)順(shun)(shun)槽(cao)進(jin)行(xing)遠(yuan)程(cheng)監(jian)(jian)(jian)視(shi)(shi)或輔助作(zuo)(zuo)業(ye)(ye)。

二、“管理+激勵”雙管齊下,全方位提升現場管理質效
建立適應智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)生產的管理(li)體系是日常(chang)運行的保證。一是堅持(chi)跟班寫(xie)實(shi)。生產副總(zong)、機(ji)(ji)(ji)電副總(zong)統籌負責智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)工(gong)作面建設(she)(she),成立寫(xie)實(shi)小組(zu),安排專人跟班寫(xie)實(shi),協調解(jie)決現(xian)場問題(ti),特別是監(jian)(jian)督采煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)司機(ji)(ji)(ji)克服操作隨(sui)意性(xing),順平頂(ding)(ding)底板,保證支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)狀態(tai),為采煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)記(ji)憶(yi)截(jie)割創(chuang)造良好(hao)條件,減少人工(gong)干預(yu)。二(er)是加強(qiang)供液系統監(jian)(jian)管。頂(ding)(ding)板完(wan)好(hao)是工(gong)作面智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)運行的前提(ti),堅持(chi)支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)完(wan)好(hao)率向100%邁進,正(zheng)確(que)使(shi)用乳化(hua)液自動(dong)配比裝置和反沖洗過濾,嚴格對(dui)現(xian)場凈(jing)化(hua)水裝置進行水質檢測,并對(dui)乳化(hua)液濃度隨(sui)時(shi)抽檢,確(que)保液壓(ya)系統“血液”純凈(jing)。三(san)是嚴格智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)裝備開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)率考核(he)。制(zhi)定(ding)下發《智(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)化(hua)裝備開(kai)機(ji)(ji)(ji)使(shi)用率考核(he)管理(li)辦法》,每天調取設(she)(she)備運行曲線、支(zhi)架(jia)(jia)跟機(ji)(ji)(ji)、煤(mei)機(ji)(ji)(ji)記(ji)憶(yi)截(jie)割的時(shi)間數據、自動(dong)化(hua)使(shi)用時(shi)間作為考核(he)依據,與(yu)管理(li)人員工(gong)資掛鉤,月度工(gong)資由機(ji)(ji)(ji)電礦(kuang)長審核(he)后發放,保障(zhang)基層(ceng)工(gong)區常(chang)態(tai)化(hua)使(shi)用。
三、“培訓+實操”齊頭并進,打造一支高素質智能化隊伍培養懂原理、會操作、能維修的復合型人才是保證工作面智能化穩定運行的重要保障。一(yi)是(shi)常態化開展崗位培訓。堅持“走出去、請(qing)進(jin)來”,先后組織專業技術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)及現(xian)場(chang)實操(cao)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)到付村煤(mei)礦、中(zhong)國礦大等(deng)單位學(xue)(xue)習(xi)交流(liu),抽調機電維修骨(gu)干人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)配(pei)合廠(chang)(chang)家技術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)進(jin)行聯(lian)合調試;同時,邀請(qing)廠(chang)(chang)家技術人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)到現(xian)場(chang),采用理(li)(li)(li)論與實操(cao)相結合、現(xian)場(chang)學(xue)(xue)與視(shi)頻學(xue)(xue)相結合的培訓模式,全面(mian)提升理(li)(li)(li)論知(zhi)識及實踐操(cao)作(zuo)本領,為(wei)智能化采煤(mei)工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)的建設(she)和運行打下(xia)了(le)基礎。二是(shi)提升管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)智能化操(cao)作(zuo)。生產副(fu)總(zong)(zong)、機電副(fu)總(zong)(zong)及業務(wu)科室管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)必須(xu)掌握工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)記憶(yi)截(jie)割及三機理(li)(li)(li)論知(zhi)識,并能夠進(jin)行指導性操(cao)作(zuo);計劃開展業務(wu)科室管(guan)理(li)(li)(li)人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)理(li)(li)(li)論和實操(cao)考試,嚴格落實排(pai)名獎(jiang)罰,以(yi)此推進(jin)智能化工(gong)作(zuo)面(mian)建設(she)。
