自黨史(shi)學(xue)習教育開(kai)展以來,彭(peng)莊煤礦黨委堅持(chi)“學(xue)思用貫通、知信行統(tong)一(yi)”的(de)思路,把解決職工(gong)的(de)“急難愁(chou)盼”作為黨史(shi)學(xue)習教育成(cheng)果(guo)的(de)“試金石”,“點、線、面”同步發力、“急、難、小(xiao)”一(yi)體推進,推動(dong)“我為職工(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事(shi)”實(shi)(shi)踐活動(dong)扎實(shi)(shi)開(kai)展,用實(shi)(shi)際行動(dong)把黨史(shi)學(xue)習成(cheng)效轉化為“我為職工(gong)辦(ban)實(shi)(shi)事(shi)”的(de)工(gong)作動(dong)能。
找準“落腳點”,辦好職工“急事”
該礦黨(dang)委(wei)把(ba)“我為(wei)職工辦實事”工作融入日(ri)常,開(kai)展班子成員(yuan)包掛(gua)(gua)支部聯(lian)系點、黨(dang)員(yuan)包掛(gua)(gua)聯(lian)系群眾、黨(dang)群人員(yuan)包掛(gua)(gua)困難職工“三(san)包掛(gua)(gua)”活動(dong),依(yi)托“八級慧談”“書記接待站”“領(ling)導干部公(gong)開(kai)大接訪(fang)”等平臺(tai),廣泛搜集職工群眾反(fan)映的普遍性、重(zhong)難點問(wen)題,做(zuo)到“上(shang)下(xia)聯(lian)動(dong),問(wen)計于(yu)民(min);因實制(zhi)宜,問(wen)需(xu)于(yu)民(min)”,為(wei)職工辦好“急事”。今年(nian)以來共(gong)解決職工食宿環境改善(shan)、文(wen)體(ti)活動(dong)室修(xiu)繕、床上(shang)用品發放、特(te)殊工裝配(pei)備等13件實事。
理清“連接線”,解決職工“難事”
在做好(hao)前期調(diao)研走訪基礎(chu)上(shang),該礦黨(dang)委建立“融(rong)入(ru)(ru)一線支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)建設,融(rong)入(ru)(ru)生產環境(jing)改善,融(rong)入(ru)(ru)日常(chang)點滴關愛,融(rong)入(ru)(ru)精益(yi)化提升,融(rong)入(ru)(ru)職工(gong)日常(chang)培訓(xun),融(rong)入(ru)(ru)群(qun)團常(chang)態服(fu)務(wu),融(rong)入(ru)(ru)急難(nan)險(xian)重(zhong)任務(wu)”為主要(yao)內(nei)容的“七融(rong)入(ru)(ru)”具(ju)體舉措(cuo),為職工(gong)解(jie)決“難(nan)事”。機電(dian)工(gong)區黨(dang)支(zhi)(zhi)部(bu)一名年輕職工(gong)突(tu)發腦(nao)溢(yi)血,且家庭遭(zao)遇(yu)重(zhong)大變故,經協調(diao)開通(tong)救(jiu)助(zhu)綠色通(tong)道、及(ji)時聯系職工(gong)互助(zhu)保障中心,進行二次報銷。運搬工(gong)區一名職工(gong)家屬患(huan)病后(hou),家庭負擔加重(zhong),除進行救(jiu)助(zhu)外,積極引導該職工(gong)通(tong)過志愿服(fu)務(wu)、義務(wu)勞動(dong)來“自(zi)食(shi)其力”,以“表現換(huan)積分,以積分換(huan)物品”,幫貧(pin)、幫志、幫德。
拓寬“服務面”,做好職工“小事”
該礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)牢固樹立(li)“發展(zhan)(zhan)依(yi)靠職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)、發展(zhan)(zhan)為(wei)了職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)”主旨,將黨史(shi)學習(xi)教(jiao)育(yu)成果融入推(tui)進礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井和諧高(gao)效發展(zhan)(zhan)日(ri)常(chang),融入破解礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)井發展(zhan)(zhan)難題日(ri)常(chang)。結(jie)合建(jian)黨100周年,初步建(jian)立(li)融合“文體活(huo)動、訴求辦(ban)理(li)(li)、素能(neng)(neng)(neng)提升、廉潔教(jiao)育(yu)、技能(neng)(neng)(neng)提升”五大(da)(da)功能(neng)(neng)(neng)的職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)“一(yi)站式”服(fu)務中心,辦(ban)好職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)的“小事(shi)”。舉辦(ban)“你陪我長大(da)(da)、我陪你變(bian)老(lao)”母親節特別活(huo)動,為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)提供(gong)盡孝(xiao)的機會。邀請高(gao)考(kao)志愿填報(bao)專家到(dao)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)指導39名參加(jia)高(gao)考(kao)的職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)子(zi)女填報(bao)志愿,為(wei)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)解決關(guan)切事(shi)。開展(zhan)(zhan)逢(feng)“11”大(da)(da)清掃活(huo)動,每月(yue)11日(ri)對(dui)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)外(wai)員工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)居住(zhu)區(qu)的衛(wei)生死角進行大(da)(da)清理(li)(li),讓(rang)職(zhi)(zhi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)時刻感受(shou)到(dao)彭(peng)莊煤(mei)礦(kuang)(kuang)(kuang)大(da)(da)家庭的關(guan)懷和溫暖(nuan)。
“職工的(de)(de)事(shi)無小(xiao)事(shi),立身(shen)立行暖人心。”該礦以(yi)職工為中心的(de)(de)發(fa)展思想(xiang),聚力解(jie)決影(ying)響職工獲得感滿意(yi)度的(de)(de)難點(dian)、痛點(dian)、堵點(dian)問(wen)題,續(xu)力“主動擔當”理念,自4月(yue)份(fen)以(yi)來,共計為職工辦實事(shi)170余(yu)件,構建(jian)起(qi)全(quan)體職工對(dui)內同(tong)心、對(dui)外(wai)同(tong)音、目標同(tong)向、同(tong)頻共振(zhen)的(de)(de)命運共同(tong)體。(張霄)
